Alignment of Interests

ÆRIUM believes that the co-investment of funds is a proven and best-practice strategy that effectively aligns the interests of investors and managers, and may enhance overall portfolio returns.

It is important to note that ÆRIUM's compensation is tied directly to investors, returns, and not to the short-term volume-driven acquisitions "quotas" that undermine performance elsewhere.

In conjunction with acquiring and managing properties, ÆRIUM will be paid asset management and disposition/refinancing fees as laid out in the venture's Offering Memorandum and related documents.
