Through a disciplined approach to diversification across locations and product types, ÆRIUM acquires single- and multi-tenant facilities in continental Europe with a focus in France, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Central Europe and Turkey and leases these properties to investment-grade corporate tenants with stable credit, often under triple net leases lasting from 6 to 20 years. Income received from lease payments is used to pay investors quarterly distributions.
