Herbal House is steeped in printing history, and we look forward to maintaining its legacy and writing our next chapter as Europe’s leading group of personalisation businesses.”

Robin Carr, co-chief Investment Officer at Ærium, added: “PhotoBox Group is exactly the kind of high-quality creative business that we hoped to attract to this state-of-the-art office development, with its pre-letting acting as a strong endorsement for Herbal House. The building’s striking design is a celebration of its industrial past whilst the integration of modern features deliver innovative and flexible workspace, all in a prime central London location. With six floors remaining, we look forward to announcing new lettings in due course.”
