Thursday 3rd May 2012

A joint venture between Allied London and Aerium has let all of its first development scheme in the City of London.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has agreed to lease 20 Cannon Street, a 40,000 sq ft building, designed by Melbourne architects Denton Corker Marshall, to house its interim management business, Odgers Interim, and its senior and middle management recruitment arm at the scheme.

The Allied London and Aerium joint venture bought 20 Cannon Street in 2010 from Japanese property company Kenedix. At the time the building had been empty for three years, and was valued at £6m to £10m.

Redevelopment of the scheme completes next month.

Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Allied London and Wright & partners represented Odgers Berndtson.
